Results of the 2016 Herd Competition which were announced at the Club's Annual Dinner on 12th November 2016 by the judge, Charlie MacLean, who commented that the cattle were a credit to all the breeders and in his opinion there were many exceptional females in the South West. The herds he saw were well managed and the cattle were doing the job they were supposed to do. He also gave credit to the farmers who had converted from dairy to beef.
